In this Case Assessment you will share your healthcare concerns with a Viveesa Healthcare Advocate to determine a plan of action best suited for your needs.


On the call, we will share our recommendations for your case and send you an action plan with options:

  • Viveesa Advocate manages on your behalf to navigate the healthcare system, coordinate your care and expedite your medical needs.
  • You manage on your own with our professional recommendations and guidance from the Case Assessment Call.

How does the case assessment process work?

Step 3. Fill out your information and questionnaire

Step 4. Confirm appointment with payment

Step 5: Check your email for the Call Confirmation

Step 6: A Viveesa Healthcare Advocate will call you at your appointment time
